What we receive
When you paste a Threads URL we receive that URL and standard technical request data (IP address for rate limiting, user agent, timestamps). When you download a file, the download is streamed through our server from the public source so that it arrives with a readable filename.
What we never store
We do not store downloaded media files, your download history, Threads credentials (we never ask for them), cookies for tracking, or your raw IP address beyond short-lived operational logs.
Logs and retention
Structured logs contain a hashed form of requested URLs and no message content. Logs exist to detect abuse and diagnose failures and are rotated automatically.
Third parties
We fetch public pages from threads.com and media from Meta CDNs. No advertising networks, analytics trackers or data brokers are embedded.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Because we do not build profiles or persist personal data, there is generally nothing to export or delete. For questions, use the contact page.
